The All-American Rejects were formed when Tyson Ritter and guitarist, co-songwriter Nick Wheeler, were teenagers in 1999. The pair left their Stillwater, Oklahoma homes and trekked to the Big Apple, to record what would be their debut platinum-selling record. Ritter and Wheeler, who were subsequently joined by guitarist Mike Kennerty, 25, and drummer Chris Gaylor, 26, toured the world behind the chart-topping success of their debut single “Swing Swing.” With a major release on DreamWorks Records, the band released the CD Move Along in 2005 spawning two massive cross-over hits on Billboard charts everywhere- the infectious “Move Along” and the top 10 hit “Dirty Little Secret”. The All American Rejects’ headlined a sold out spring/summer tour. Now, The All American Rejects are back in Vancouver with their newest chart-topping single, “It Ends Tonight”.

In 2003, Epitaph released Motion City Soundtrack’s debut full-length I Am the Movie, which spawned the irresistible and unhinged hit “The Future Freaks Me Out”. A loud and instantly enjoyable anthem, the track put the band on the pop music radar. Relentless touring further solidified the Minneapolis quintet’s standing, and introduced them to thousands of new fans while opening up for Blink-182. Bonds were formed, and Blink’s Mark Hoppus was recruited to produce Motion City Soundtrack’s follow-up to its successful debut. The band’s latest, Commit This to Memory, improves upon the original product with better songwriting and a renewed focus on what makes Motion City Soundtrack—power-pop tunes heavy on the new wave keyboards and rife with catchy melodies. “Everything is Alright”, album’s first single and recorded with members of Fallout Boy and Limbeck, is indicative of the album—incredible hooks, an irresistible chorus, and exuberant energy. And sure to be a staple of Motion City Soundtrack shows for a long, long time.
