In this small-group workshop (space limited to 8), you'll be guided through simple, hands-on art-making activities designed to help you slow down, tune into how you're feeling, and express what words sometimes can't reach. It's not an art class, it's a therapeutic experience led by a trained Art Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with a masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
What to expect:
You'll work with accessible materials (think paint, collage, markers ā nothing intimidating) through guided prompts that gently open the door to self-reflection. The focus is entirely on the process, not the product. No one's judging your art!
No art skills or experience needed. All materials provided.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
