Best known as frontman for the Tea Party, Jeff Martin is one of Canada's most creative, passionate and intense musicians. His boundless curiosity has led him to incorporate all kinds of different musical styles into the Tea Party while exploring ideas about everything from spirituality to cyberpunk in his lyrics. His commitment to his creativity and imagination while keeping the Tea Party a fiery rock 'n' roll unit has earned the band a loyal worldwide following.
Now, Jeff is embarking on a solo journey. But rather than simply go a predictable, more intimate, acoustic route, he is making music as majestic and rocking as that produced by the Tea Party. Celtic folk, Eastern tonalities and a myriad other influences impact songs destined to join Tea Party classics like "Interzone" and "Writing's on the Wall". A songwriter/singer/ frontman of stunning gifts, Jeff Martin enters a new, exciting phase of his career with his solo album Exile in the Kingdom and an accompanying tour.
