Lovro Peretić

This opening concert features the spectacular Lovro Peretic an award-winning guitarist from Croatia. He began studying guitar at a young age, graduating from the Zagreb Academy of Music and spending one year on an exchange program at the École Supérieure Musique et Danse Hauts-de-France, Lille and specialising in music performance at the Haute École de Musique de Genève.
Regarded as one of the leading guitarists of the younger generation, Peretić has won numerous prestigious international guitar competitions, including the Guitar Foundation of America (GFA), EuroStrings Guitar Competition and Changsha International Guitar Competition.
He will be performing works of Scarletti, Tchaikovsky, Castelneovo-Tedasco and others.
