Event Description
Two incredible groups – Orchestra Obatalá and DJ Jigüe – united for the first time for a heated Cuban night. Orchestra Obatalá is composed of 8 extremely talented Cuban musicians who live in Victoria and the Gulf Islands. Your feet won’t resist to join the dance floor while the Orchestra plays the most famous latin hits – from danzon, son, to salsa, and bachatá to bolero. DJ Jigüe is coming directly from Havana to play his tropical Afro-futuristic compositions. DJ Jigüe finds inspiration in old Cuban rhythms; he mixes them to create the future of dance music made in Cuba. Put your best dance shoes, you won’t be able to leave the dance floor!
