Event Description

This substantial work of a young Beethoven was written in Vienna in 1795. In E flat major, it is comprised of 6 movements: 2 Allegros, 2 Minuets, an Andante, and an Adagio. While an earlier , more “classical” work, it shows the promise of the towering Beethoven who would change the face of European art music in the 19th century.
