With a stunning backdrop of Willows Beach, these outdoor concerts gather the community to celebrate music and the arts. Our concerts highlight local musicians with emerging artists as opening acts. Presented by Oak Bay Parks, Recreation, and Culture.

The Soul Shakers are one of the best dance bands on Vancouver Island. Over their 15 year career they have performed at countless festivals and concerts all over Vancouver Island. They have two original albums to their credit including their most recent release “Ready For You” released in November 2019.
Their stage show will engage you, get you singing and dancing and leave wanting more! A band not to be missed!
