Join the FCA Land Use Committee on Zoom Thursday April 21, 2022 from 7:00pm – 8:30pm for an informal round table discussion about the Missing Middle Housing Initiative (MMHI) with Julian West of Urban Thrive, Dave Thompson, and Leo Spalteholz of Homes for Living.
As part of the LUC’s Learn Teach Question Series to build and share knowledge on policies affecting land use, this discussion aims to define MMHI as well as identify concerns and solutions from multiple perspectives regarding its impact on neighbourhood density and access to housing in Fernwood.
