Raven Spirit Dance will dance for Water to celebrate the preciousness of water in our lives. Raven Spirit Dance is a Vancouver based company that creates and produces contemporary dance that is rooted in Indigenous worldviews. Spine of the Mother is an innovative collaboration with Indigenous artists in Canada and Peru that explores connections between the Andean mountain range that spans from Argentina to the tip of Alaska. "Tracing the inner terrain of our bodies as women through breath, impulse and memory unlocks kinetic energy creating ritual, which spans the spine of the mountain range we have shared for millennia."
