***Special Empowered Women DJ Lineup***
Bass Hive - Ladies Night Vol 1 was Friday, April 27 and Vol. 2 was on Nov 9. They were nights of housey-bassy vibes. It was such a success, we are back for round 3 on march 30th

NESS-T
DJ Ness-T favors deep bass lines and rocking girl vocals. From smooth deep house to trap bangers and everything in between. Always leaning towards to darker, bad ass, lip-biting-sexiness of electronica.
Music has always been the driving force behind her creativity, her best friend on rough days, and ever present soundtrack to life. Ness-T believes all genres have their place and time, and there is no need to limit yourself to only one. Ness-T strives to incorporate the best of each category with each individual situation, while creatively blending it all together with a sprinkling of high energy live drumming on top.

DJ Marlee
Marlee first stepped to the decks at age 19 and enjoyed a meteoric rise within Canada’s West Coast scene; particularly hometown Victoria, BC where she was known for creating romping dance floors through dirty rhythms and big bass. She packed clubs, stood beside legends and carved herself a following, but 20 years later, Marlee is rediscovering her first love.

FAQ:
> Why the Name "Ladies Night?"
The intention behind this event is to bring our community together to support female DJs in the Bass Hive brand. Doesn't mean it's only women-identified only able to come into the space. This is definitely a collective, community, we appreciate our male-identified friends who post for us, support the female djs.
It's a ladies night because we are promoting empowered female-identified DJs. Empowered ladies being featured, plus a nod to a song called "Ladies Night" from back in the day.
Please be respectful of the space you are in. Everyone is welcome. We are in the space together. Be respectful of who is and who isn't a "lady". We all have perceptions of ourselves. This is a safe-space, queer-friendly. Let's be there for the Bass. Bassey-Housey night of music.
