Event Description
Claire Kelly’s work has been published in various literary journals, including The Malahat Review, Exile Quarterly, Event, and Prism International. Her chapbook, Ur-Moth, was published in 2014 by Frog Hollow Press. Maunder is her first full-length collection. She lives and writes in Edmonton, Alberta. Her second collection, One Thing - Then Another is forthcoming from ECW Press.
Joining Claire we have a pair of PEPers: regular readers at our open mic given a 10 minute set so we can hear several of their poems in a row. Tonight our two PEPers are Anne Hopkinson & Rhona McAdam.
The Planet Earth Poetry reading series is a launching pad for the energies of writers and poets established and not. Between 7 and 7:15, put your name in the hat to read at open mic. Planet Earth Poetry acknowledges with respect that we read and write on the traditional territories of the WSÁNEĆ (Saanich), Lkwungen (Songhees), Wyomilth (Esquimalt) peoples of the Coast Salish Nation.
