The Sojourners
The formative years that Marcus Mosely, Will Sanders and Khari McClelland spent singing in the churches of their hometowns – Ralls, Texas; Alexandria, Louisiana and Detroit, Michigan respectively – give The Sojourners’ sound an authentic edge that only comes with experience. This is real gospel — blessed with a soul that can’t be faked.

Just a Season
Vancouver folk-rock band fronted by Scott Smith., who has helped make a lot of other people sound great over the years. From the arena-sized mainstream country of Aaron Pritchett to a slew of insurgent Vancouver club champs like Rich Hope and His Blue Rich Rangers, Bughouse 5, and Bocephus King—plus a lot of auspicious roots, rock and pop acts in between—Smith has been everybody’s ringer, flipping between guitar and pedal steel while casually raising the bar with lightning technique and unfailing good taste.
