Soundscapes and Synths by Square One. A project hailing from Burnaby North High District showcases youth’s final compositions from a year’s work in collecting field recordings, editing and mixing using software, electronic composition and exploring synthesizers with sound artists/composers Jennifer Schine, Milena Droumeva, Jeremy Schmidt, Remy Siu and Gabsung Lim.
Speed Stunned Imaginations. Inspired by philosopher Ivan Illich’s essays on transportation and modern life, youth from the Vancouver School District have created a completely original shadow play in conjunction with artist collective Publik Secrets (Robyn Jacob and George Rahi) and Gamelon Bike Bike. Their debut will showcase original props, puppets, plot, and music played on instruments made out of bike parts.
For physical events that happen at a specific time. For example a concert, or dance performance. If there are multiple shows, you can still duplicate your event to cover them all.
