Do you like history? Do you like music? Do you like having the best time ever?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, then the UVic Graduate History Student Union - GHSU and Graduate History Review are cooking up the event for you. If you answered no to any of those questions, then you should come out any way and let us change your mind.
On April 2nd, the mother of all fundraisers will be taking place at the Copper Owl to preview the latest edition of the graduate history journal (The Graduate History Review) and to listen to some amazing talent from the History department.
That's right, performing this evening will be the postmodern rock of SADIE AND THE CITATIONS comprised of Sadie Elizabeth, James Davey, Taylor McKee, and Matt Miskulin. Also, solo performances from Patrick Bradley and Sabina Trimble plus some other surprises.
The proceeds from the event will go towards sustaining the GHR and GHSU for future graduate students. So invite your friends, family, colleagues, professors, students, accountants, dog walkers, dental assistants, and everyone else you value in this world because it is going to be the party of the year.
