A swinging night of music celebrating the sound and energy of Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers on Friday March 21st Hermann's Jazz Club!
Music from the time of Cedar Walton, Horace Silver, Benny Golson & more. Classics including Moanin', Along Came Betty, the Blues March, Pensativa & Wheel Within A Wheel.
An all-star band features the incendiary trumpet virtuoso Miguelito Valdes, the deeply swinging Roy Styffe, special guest pianist John Lee, the down-home & soulful bass of Mr. Sean Drabitt.
