Cowichan Valley Fine Arts Show 2013

Event Description

Now in it's 43rd year. This annual fine art show is one of the islands largest non-juried art exhibitions. Held this year at the Island Savings Centre, 2687 James Street in Duncan. The show begins Thursday April 25th from 10 am to 9pm, with the official opening ceremonies taking place on the evening of the 25th at 7pm. The show runs Friday from 10 - 8pm, Saturday from 10 - 5pm and Sunday from 11 - 3pm. Admission is $5.00 at the door.

New this year is the "Jury Talks" evening on Wednesday April 24th from 7 - 9pm. The show jurors will be presenting and conducting comments on the pieces selected to be part of the "Best of the Best" traveling show, that will take place later in 2013.
