For those of us who remember the old Commodore Ballroom, Bella was the doorman we all had to get past to get into the infamous backstage area. When the Commodore closed for renovations, he came to us and became a stagehand in the music biz. Bella was recently diagnosed with cancer. His friends have put together this benefit show with some really cool bands at the Venue nightclub on Granville St. June 17th. Feel free to repost this link. The more friends the better!
