THIS WEEK IN HISTORY are a group of silver-tongued devils out to worm their way in to the proverbial undergarments of the music industry. Featuring former members of Rakshasa and Burn Project, this local A-Team delivers appealingly catchy songs created with unusual combinations of instruments and experimentation. SCATTERHEART - A high energy, theatrical alternative/pop/rock quartet whose goal is to make fun, uplifting, catchy rock with a thoughtful and emotional message. THORNHAVEN - Electric, charged and explosive, guitarist Danny Sveinson (also known as The Rock'n'Roll Kid and formerly of the recently disbanded Sonic City) was featured in a popular CBC Newsworld documentary. He inherited his love of classic guitar-rock from his dad's vinyl stash and by March of 2004 had became the youngest person to ever play the Commodore Ballroom, opening for Colin James.
