The young, saucy British lass, daughter of the comedian Keith Allen, released one of the most acclaimed records of last year in Alright, Still. Her sassy single “Smile” reached #1 in the U.K., and the album #2. Follow-up singles “LDN” and “Littlest Things” followed in “Smile”’s wake, nearly repeating its success. Meanwhile critics have fallen all over themselves to praise the record, which features Lily’s cheerful yet biting take on subjects such as bar stars, London life, and her little brother.
