In the late 1960s, Oscar moved to Vancouver, BC, eventually settling in Chilliwack, BC.
He recorded a lone album with a who's-who cast of Vancouver session players including Doug Edwards, Kat Hendrikse, Eddie Patterson, Terry Frewer, Robbie King and Wayne Kozak.
Born 22 September 1924, Bastrop, Louisiana.
Died 4 July 2008, Oakland, California.
