Suzan Kostiuck

Suzan is a Canadian Dene artist living on Vancouver Island, B.C. She started painting 15 years ago while living in Alberta. Her work is inspired by her cultural environment and also by contemporary artists Judy Hintz Cox and James Lavadour. Suzan has worked over the years at local art galleries, including The Avenue Gallery, Full Circle Arts, and Station Street Gallery & Frame Shop. She has also been an Arts Coordinator at a local arts council, where she gained hands on experience curating and coordinating several exhibitions and events.
