Kaymak Musik

Kaymak was formed in the fall of 2007 by twin brothers Keith and Ken McDonald, whose inspirational songs needed beats. Enter: Keith's brother in law David Campbell on drums and a true family band was formed. Looking to expand their sound Kaymak grew to five with the addition of guitarist Gary Sorensen and percussionist Mario Ribas. This core group developed a loyal fan base in the Seattle area and held fort at the top spots in town, with weekend gigs at The Columbia City Theater, Nectar, The Crocodile, The Tractor, Showbox Market, Neumo's and The High Dive to name a few. The end of 2010 saw change for the band, which is now complete again as a four piece with the addition of guitarist Jeremy King.
