Moniker

Moniker is based in Vancouver. It blends the sound of Grunge and Metal together to create a unique texture of music. It retains the heavy riff based structure of metal with the dirty chordal grandeur of Grunge. Joel White's bombastic drums beat the ear into submission while Alaric Paivarinta thunderous bass tones make your heart slow to a crawl. Layered on top of that are the heavy rhythms of James Weekes and the ear piercing leads of Ray Smith. Jonny Guillens voice cuts clear through with his epic pipes. Ear plugs are only a suggestion.
