The Fraternal Order of Eagles is a community service and social club. Their theme is “People Helping People”. They are a membership-based organization that operates a social lounge, holds club events, and helps to better our community through fund-raising for worthy causes. The F.O.E. Hall was located at 751 View St. in Victoria B.C. from the 1940's until the 2010's. The photo was taken in 1959 and comes from the City of Victoria archives and currently operates as "Hermann's Jazz Club" and "Hermann's Upstairs". May 2022
