Our thanks today goes out to Fred Herfst who took a moment to transfer some old rehearsal tapes of the Skylighters from 1964. The music showcase's the diversity of culture in our city's musical past. Fred played in the band with his father Frits and the tapes were recorded in Joe Baumeler's basement. Todays picture is Fred playing in the Black Cats.
