Uncle Wiggly's Hot Shoes Blues Band and Guests present "A Tribute to the Blues Songs of Christmas", Sunday December 21st at the Alix Goolden Hall. UWHSBB have been around since 1978, are former RCA Recording Artists and members of the Victoria Music Hall of Fame. They've toured extensively in the 80's opening for such legends as Muddy Waters, Joe Cocker, James Cotton, Koko Taylor and Paul Butterfield to name a few. They released a new CD Still Burnin it Up this year and are looking forward to bringing their special Christmas Show to Victoria. This show is a collection of traditional Blues Christmas Tunes by the likes of Louis Jordan, Big Joe Turner, BB King, Eric Claton, Charles Brown and Etta James plus many more.The band is made up of the 6 members of UWHSBB with Special Guests.
