Cal was one of the founding members of Quiver, who wrote and performed in the early 70's. Quiver gigged almost every square inch of Britain, (including Belfast in Northern Ireland), and also toured Germany, Holland, Belgium, France and Scandinavia touring with The Who, Pink Floyd, Marc Bolan along wth opening for Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, Deep Purple, Flying Burrito Brothers, Rory Gallagher, Tony William's Lifeline, Fairport Convention and recorded two albums for WEA. Now that he's back in Victoria, look for Cal's upcoming CD release party and performance on Saturday, November 2 at the Upper Deck on Gorge Rd sponsored by the Victoria Blues Society.
