This classic T from Noos Pizza Shoppe came to us courtesy of Keith Todd, a long time supporter of the Royal City Music Project. Though not a musician, Keith has always surprised us with his knowledge as an ardent fan of many concerts, bands and events growing up in Victoria. He also has a fine collection of memorabilia and shares it with us frequently. Characters on the shirt are L-R Jerry Adolphe, Morry Stearns, Norm MacPherson and Bill Sample

THE VICTORIA JAZZ SOCIETY CD BLOWOUT FUNDRAISER

Stop by the VJS office this Saturday, January 22 between 10am and 3pm to grab some great music at the CD Blowout Fundraiser! To raise money for their move the VJS is offering a one day blowout of hundreds of CDs that have accumulated at their office since 1994. For a $10 donation to the VJS you will receive a brown paper bag to fill with as many CDs as you can! (approximately 20 CDs) There's also a variety of music other than jazz including R&B, Soul, World music and others. Take advantage of this great opportunity and don't forget first come, first served!
