ICONS April 17, 2010
L.A. Rock’n’Roll and the British Invasion come together in this hot new act. Original Standells guitar virtuoso Tony Valentino has joined forces with veteran Rock’n’Rollers Richard Moore from The Troggs, Michael Lewis from Quicksilver Messenger Service, Terry Rangno from We Five, and L.A. session drummer Duane Waider to create “ICONS”. Canadian born
Richard Moore toured and recorded with The Troggs and composed several of their album hits of the late 60s and early 70s. The British Invasion group’s biggest hits were the 1 million selling rock'n'roll classic "Wild Thing", the million selling "Love Is All Around", "With A Girl Like You" and "I Can’t Control Myself". Richard toured with some of the greatest 1960s bands of all time including The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. Check out their promotional video on our Facebook page.
