CFMS 98.5 September 30. 2009

What started as CKDA FM in 1955 became CFMS 98.5. March 1, 1965 with "Full FM Stereo", the first on Vancouver Island. Todays picture is a very young & slim Gordie Tupper from 1965 who was one of the one air personalities. Also, another fresh faced announcer named Gil Harris who moved to Vancouver and became "Doc" Harris.
