Here's a story from Reid Hudson.

"I'm attaching a tune recorded at Apple Studios in 1974 called 'Going West". I was paid as a session bass player for this demo and kind of liked the tune at the time except I thought the lyrics were just dumb. But after I dug the reel to reel tapes out of the closet after 30 years and transferred them to my computer I realized that I could relate to them now at my advanced age. Maybe you will too. Quality is not great because of the improper storage of the tapes but I think you'll get the gist of it". Lineup of the demo band on the tune:
