Trying To Keep Up March 3, 2009

Drummer Bob Brown dropped by the Royal City Music Project headquarters and downloaded a few songs from his PSP of the Bill Sample Trio "Live" at the Century Inn during 1977 to add to the archive. Bob and Bill played with Tim Stacey on double bass and were joined by Brian Longworth on saxophone. I asked Bob what it was like playing with Bill and he said "I was just trying to keep up with him". Todays picture was also taken at the Century Inn.
