Unknown Victoria January 25, 2008

A real treat showed up for all you history buffs as Ross Crockford, author of the book "Victoria: the Unknown City", has posted a 6 minute piece of film footage from 1907 on his blog. Todays picture is the 500 block of Johnson St. in 1907 including the Pantages Theatre. Later in 1914, it moved to the corner of Pandora & Government which would become the basis for todays McPherson Theatre.
