| Mike User Info... | Hey y'all, We are a reasonably established rock band in town, we have been playing shows for a few years, and are parting ways with our bassist in the near future. We are looking for somebody who is reasonably committed, (two practices a week and typically 1-2 shows a month). No prior band experience required, although you should actually be able to play bass. Stylistically, we are kind of all over the place, but we generally play a grungy sort of indie rock. We are looking for someone to learn existing tunes and to help write and add their own distinctive flavor to new tunes. Must be: 19-30 years of age, male, female or somewhere in between, not addicted to hard drugs. Ability to do backing vocals a plus but not necessary. Should also have own gear.
