| Mike User Info... | Hey all. My name is Mike, I'm 30 and have been in Vic for about two years after journeying out here from Montreal. I am a multi-instrumentalist who is curious as to if there are any other guys or gals in the area who love the band Phish (as I do) enough to join me in the incarnation of an ensemble devoted (mostly) to their brilliant work. I am not in a rush for this project to get booked or to make money right away...although that wouldn't be a bad thing at some point. What I ultimately envision is the ability to recreate entire epic concerts, similar to what the band "Dark Star Orchestra" does with the music of the Grateful Dead... Whoever responds should expect, at first, to simply get together and play some music and have some fun. Fairly advanced technique would be nice, but I am a teacher and love to teach parts for drums, guit, bass or piano...ALSO - a willingness to use your vocal chords would also be quite crucial...thanks! - Tue, 4 Aug 2009 1:12pm | ||
