| sikuvit User Info... | Ok, I;ve been on these forums and craigslist looking for people to play with but I can't seem to find and hard progressive rock bands around here that aren;t already established. There seems to be no one around here (that I can find anyways) that wants to play progressive hard rock. I am a fan on many bands including...The Melvins, Tool, Faith no More, Isis, Porcupine Tree, Mastodon, Opeth, Alice in Chains, APC, Death By Stereo, Kolerik, In Flames, Carcass...to name a few. I've been playing guitar for about 6 years now and have sang for about 4. I have played in a couple bands Wyrmwood... who shared the stage with bands like Alexisonfire, Every Time I Die, Ninja Spy, Fall Out Frequency, Kiss of Death, Sons of Daughters, Alivia, Incura, Safe on a Satelite, Friday Morning regret, Fan the Fire, This Tyme Last Year, Out of Your Mouth and Autobody among others. I moved here a couple months ago so I really don;t know anyone, I did all the writing for Wyrmwood and Seven Percent Solution and did the guitar work/vocals as well. ( http://www.myspace.com/wyrmwoodmusic http://www.myspace.com/thenew7percent ) I currently have an ass load of songs that I never ended up recording with both those bands so as far as material goes...I have got a lot. I had to sell my PA in order to move here but I still have my guitar gear(Mesa Boogie triple with a half stack) I dunno...even if I could find a drummer to play with and go from there. I just gotta get playing again, I have jammed with a few bands (great guys but just haven;t really clicked.) So this is a call to ANYONE!
