| adamZZ User Info... | What kind of money are you offering? Do you have an album? What kind of live experience do you have? My wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all just have a manager come book shows for us. The reality of the situation, however, is that nobody wants to invest time into a band that hasn't already shown they can do the work themselves. My advice to you is to try to put together shows with other bands, try to play events such as Covers for a Cause or (shudder) Battle of the Bands. Make friends. Make sure they have fun at your shows. Invite a huge guestlist. Put together a press pack. Bands that succeed do so at least partially because they do the work. When you're good enough, you'll have managers come find you. | Jl User Info... | its not like they haven't done any shows; and they are booking their own... maybe its just more convienient to for them to find a manager and focus on writing etc...
