| Marc User Info... | Bass players: metal band looking for bass 2 guitarts, vocals and drums. All originals so far, we might play one or a couple covers. We are recording a demo this friday so ill have some samples soon. We have a jam space. Looking for a 5string or willing to switch to 5string. weve also got some show opportunities when ready (were ready now but we want a bass player for it). I wish you nothing but the best, but to get on here and ask for a 5 string bassist. Do you only want it because of the look?? Or because of the low end?? If you havent noticed, those key thingy's on the head of a bass turn left or right, which then makes the string or strings go low or high. Now, you have to be careful which way you turn the key, because it depends on which way you wound the string (clockwise or counter clockwise). I play bass, and I am a good bassist, but i cant play for you pros, because i dont have the ability to go out and get a 5 string bass.
