| Wizz User Info... | The idea of starting a new band has been entertaining my mind lately and i'm just throwing the idea out to the massess to see if anyone else is interested in this project. I'm not really interested in it being a screamo-billy/psychobilly band i want it a little cleaner than that but social distortions early 90's Cowpunk sound is probably a little closer to want i am interested in. heres some of the bands that I am heavily influenced by: The Plastic Ono Band, The Stooges, Reverend Horton Heat, Blue Cheer, Social Distortion, White Zombie, Alice Cooper, Johnny Cash, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, MC5, Johnny Winter, The Faces, and Chuck Berry is God to me. I'm also a huge hotrod nut so if theres anyone else out there who loves rock and roll, cars and chicks as much as me I want to hear from you (especially if you can play stand up bass or play wicked surf guitar). OH BTW I Play guitar and have been doing so for 11 years and im also capable of playing bass so i'd be open to playing either depending on who else is interested. - Thu, 25 Jan 2007 6:36pm | ||
