| DTjackson User Info... | My name is Dylan and I'm in a band called DT Jackson. After our gig at Rehab on the 24th of this month, our bassist has decided to leave us. With several gigs lined up such as performing on Chek TV, The Cambie, The V-Lounge and possibly Soprano's, we aren't ready to just pack it all in. So, we are looking for a bassist who is open minded to all types of music, because we like to think of ourselves as a giant mixtape. There's punk, rock, pop, folk and other variances of experimental music that still retains a catchy melody. We will be rehearsing with our bass player up to the gig, but if you are interested, I'd like to have a one on one jam with you and show you some of the songs. It's always a plus if you can sing. We like harmonies. We are also in the process of recording our first full lenth CD. Unfortunately, we had only completed 25% of it with our bassist. So, are you interested in filling the void? | DTjackson User Info... | Our same bassist has decided to leave again. It's a funny little rollercoaster ride. Only this time, the differences cannot be resolved. As the previous post had derived, we were recently shown on Chek TV. We played Rehab. We played V-Lounge. Soprano's ISN'T a possibility, and we are set to play on the 26th of this month before we do a special acoustic gig on June 21st at Fort Street Cafe. We average about a gig a month, so we are always active on the circuit.
